To help us have a great start, here are the terms and conditions to accept with your purchase and which apply to your use of the following products and services provided by Wonsulting: the Starter package, the Land The Job package, and the Ultimate package (collectively, the “Services”). Depending on the package purchased, bundle services may include Career Consulting, Resume Revision, LinkedIn Revision, Full Service Apply, Job Search Strategy, Interview Preparation, and Continued Support. (Wonsulting does not offer the foregoing services individually.)

Wonsulting's clients have an excellent record of landing jobs and advancing their careers. While Wonsulting's clients have achieved notable success in securing employment and progressing in their careers, it's important to understand that Wonsulting does not, and cannot, guarantee job placement or promotion as an outcome of utilizing our services. The dynamics of the job market lie beyond the control of Wonsulting or any other career services provider.
By purchasing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms and conditions (“Terms”), which includes the additional terms and conditions at the end of this document for purchasers and users of the Land the Job package and/or Ultimate package. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use any of the Services.
Wonsulting may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change by email at least seven (7) days before it takes effect. Changes apply only to the Services purchased after the change takes effect; the Terms in effect on your purchase date govern the Services you have already purchased, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
As a client, you acknowledge and agree that while Wonsulting provides you with tools, ideas, advice, and commercially available data, we cannot be responsible for the changing market conditions, job posting changes, or your own persistence, attitude, and willingness to implement your action plan. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THESE TERMS. Ultimately, your success in the job market is solely your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide to us, including but not limited to your resume, cover letter, and personal background. We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by clients.
The Services include professionally written documents, also known as marketing and branding documents, and/or career development sessions. As the client, you are responsible for reviewing your completed documents from our service providers for completeness and accuracy. Wonsulting is not liable for any damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies. We work with you through the document editing phase. As the client, it is your responsibility to review and finalize your documents before using them. Requests to modify your documents after they have been finalized are handled under the General Revision Policy below.
Wonsulting may retain your service documents for up to 6 months after the delivery of the Services to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you download any and all materials for your future reference. You acknowledge that Wonsulting cannot be held responsible for any loss of documents after this period.
You understand and acknowledge that any decisions you make based on our advice or recommendations are at your own risk. We strongly recommend seeking additional professional advice before making significant career-related decisions.
To ensure timely delivery of the Services, you are expected to complete required actions at each stage of your journey within the timeframes communicated by your assigned coach. Required actions include, but are not limited to, scheduling sessions, completing intake questionnaires, returning document feedback, and completing the LinkedIn Profile Revision.
Should you fail to complete a required stage action by its defined deadline (communicated to you by your coach), Wonsulting will make two documented re-engagement attempts via email before initiating a thirty (30) day pause. The first outreach is sent when the deadline in a stage is missed. If you do not respond within two (2) business days of this outreach, a second email will be sent specifying the date by which re-engagement must occur to avoid a service pause.
Wonsulting is not liable for any delays to delivery of any of the Services or job search outcomes resulting from client unresponsiveness at any stage.
Your coach reserves each session time specifically for you. You are expected to attend every scheduled session on time and to give at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if you need to change it.
Definitions. A no-show occurs when you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, arrive more than ten (10) minutes late, or cancel an appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. A reschedule occurs when you request to change the date and time of a scheduled meeting with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
Allowance. Each bundle includes two (2) reschedules. A no-show counts as two (2) reschedules and immediately exhausts your allowance. Sessions missed or rescheduled within this allowance will be rebooked, but you understand and acknowledge that your Services will be delayed as a result.
Exceeding the allowance. Once your allowance has been used:
Emergencies. A missed session caused by a documented emergency, such as a medical emergency or bereavement, may be excused at Wonsulting's sole discretion if you notify Wonsulting within forty-eight (48) hours of the missed session. Excused sessions will not count against your allowance.
Each bundle includes one (1) pause of up to thirty (30) days. You may request your pause at any time by creating a ticket at help.wonsulting.com. Wonsulting may also initiate your pause as described in Responsiveness (above) and No-Shows and Rescheduling (above). Please note that Wonsulting is not liable for any delays caused in the event that your Services are paused.
To reactivate the Services, create a ticket at help.wonsulting.com before your 30-day pause ends. Upon reactivation, you must complete any outstanding required actions, including scheduling your remaining sessions, within three (3) business days before the Services will progress.
If your pause ends without your Services being reactivated and your outstanding required actions completed, Wonsulting may end your remaining Services as described in Ending Services (below).
Wonsulting may end any and/or all of your remaining Services if any of the following occur:
If you purchased the Ultimate package and Wonsulting ends the Services under this section, you acknowledge that you will no longer be eligible for the Conditional Services Guarantee, and no refund will be issued. Additional details for the Conditional Services Guarantee can be found in Additional Terms and Conditions for the Ultimate package (below).
Edits to the Resume Revision and LinkedIn Revision included in your bundle are made collaboratively with your coach and must be requested before your documents are final. A revision is defined as minor when changes to the text or shifts in the content are slight and/or still directed towards the same job roles/industry/etc. Minor revisions are included in your bundle and will not incur additional charges. Substantial changes include, for example, a change of job focus, strategy, target audience, or anything that requires substantially rethinking or re-strategizing are considered a rewrite and will incur extra charges and a revised project due date.
Rough drafts of the documents will focus on the information presented by you, the client. This can be in the form of supporting documents (such as the resume questionnaire), discovery calls, and/or the Career Consulting session. Your coach will share drafts of your documents and work with you on edits asynchronously before a final session to complete them. You are expected to return feedback on each draft within three (3) business days of receiving it. Feedback not returned within this window is handled under Responsiveness (above). Your documents become final at the conclusion of your finalization session. Any edits requested after your documents are final will be charged a revision fee, so it's imperative to voice any feedback beforehand. The fee will be determined based on the details of the request. Wonsulting may, at its discretion, waive the revision fee for minor changes.
The Resume Revision and LinkedIn Revision stage of your bundle is considered complete once your documents are final (at the conclusion of your finalization session with your coach).
At Wonsulting, our commitment is to deliver tailored services to each individual client, focusing on offering top-quality assistance, consultations, information gathering, and the creation of career-related documents. Refunds for Wonsulting services are available only as follows:
It's worth noting that our fees contribute to the development of personalized questionnaires, interview inquiries, client consultations or coaching, writing, editorial work, design, layout, editing, proofreading, and finalization of documents. These tasks involve substantial time and intellectual property investment, which cannot be recovered. Except as described in this section, requests for refunds will not be accommodated.
The initiation of Wonsulting services typically occurs within a target window of ten (10) business days of purchase; however, this timeline is subject to change based on operational capacity and client responsiveness, and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. We do not offer expedited service options, as this allows us to maintain a consistently high standard of quality. Timely participation from you is important to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Delays related to client-requested rescheduling, missed appointments, or delayed communication by you may impact service timelines and are not eligible for refunds.

Wonsulting maintains reasonable security procedures and practices to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonsulting is not responsible for unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information that occurs despite those reasonable measures. Wonsulting’s total liability shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Wonsulting in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WONSULTING, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Wonsulting and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your fraudulent, negligent, or willful misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Survival of Provisions. The provisions of sections Payment Plans & Installments, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes, Disclaimer of Warranties, Security, Limitation on Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Limitation on Time to File Claims shall survive termination of this Agreement for whatever cause.
Passwords. All access codes and passwords to access the Services are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all access code and passwords provided and ensuring that each access code and password is only used by you.
Recordings. You understand and consent that your service consultations will be recorded for internal purposes such as quality monitoring, service provider training purposes and for proof of service completion. The recordings of the sessions will be sent to you after your consultations upon request.
Except as provided in the General Refund Policy or the Conditional Services Guarantee (Ultimate package only), Wonsulting is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any service. However, we will seek to satisfy every client within reasonable accommodation.

How the 120 days are counted. Day 1 is your Full Service Apply launch date: the date Wonsulting submits the first application on your behalf, which we will confirm to you by email. If your services are paused during your Full Service Apply under Pausing and Reactivating Services (above), the 120-day count stops during the pause and resumes when your services are reactivated.
What counts as a Job Offer. A written offer of employment that meets at least 3 of the following search criteria agreed upon with your coach during Career Consulting:

To claim your refund, you are required to attend a meeting with our team to discuss your experience, and share feedback on your experience. This call will be scheduled with you upon completion of the verification of your eligibility for a refund.

Unless expressly granted herein, the Company reserves all rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property owned or created by the Company, including without limitation, Trademark, Patent, Copyright, and Trade Secret rights. You agree that the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions, will govern this Agreement and any dispute that may arise between you and the Company or its employees, contractors, agents, partners, affiliates, owners and subsidiaries. Any action related to or arising out of a dispute under or in connection with this Agreement or use of the Site shall be venued in Los Angeles County, California.
16. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
17. Termination. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
18. Refund Policy. It's important to acknowledge that refunds for WonsultingAI are not provided, as all transactions are considered final. While subscription payments are non-refundable, you have the option to cancel future payments. To initiate this process, you may opt to cancel your subscription on our website. Alternatively, you create a ticket at help.wonsulting.com indicating your intention to cancel future subscription renewal payments.
WonsultingAI reserves the right to update or modify this prorated refund policy at any time without prior notice.
20. Entire Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties, and that it supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company.
21. Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. If any legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees and costs in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled. This provision shall be construed as applicable to the entire Agreement.
22. Non-waiver. No failure by Company to exercise, and no delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege hereunder on the part of Company shall operate as a waiver of any right, power, or privilege hereunder. Likewise, you further agree that no single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege hereunder by Company shall preclude its further exercise.
23. Amendments. You understand and agree that Company may amend this Agreement from time to time within its sole discretion. You will be provided reasonable notice of such amendment and may terminate this Agreement any time by ceasing use of the Site. Any continued use by you shall constitute assent and agreement to any amendment hereto.
From January 15, 2026 and onward, for all WonsultingAI premium users, you will be eligible for the interview guarantee refund program if you meet all conditions within 60 days of your subscription start date and complete all required components in good faith.
