ChatGPT can help you ace your interviews.
But it can only take you so far 💡
So this week, we're showing you:
🤖 How AI can help you pass your interviews
☘️ Industries with labor shortages (and how to find jobs)
🏆 This week's Wonsulting winners
🍳 How to make an omelet (Wonsulting style)
Now, how can AI help you pass your interviews?
Let’s start with—
If you want ChatGPT (or any AI chatbot) to help you with your interview, simply start with this prompt:
I have an interview coming up with this company: [company name]
This is the job description:
[paste the entire job description here]
You’re a professional consultant who helps people pass their interviews.
Based on the info above, give me the interview questions I’ll most likely be asked.
After you answer your interview questions, show ChatGPT your answers and ask for more feedback.
You can even ask for answers to your interview questions.
Just copy and paste your resume into ChatGPT and write:
[Paste your resume here]
Based on my resume above, give me answers to the interview questions you provided.
ChatGPT’s answers are good for technical questions, but it can’t help you with questions like,
"What’s your greatest weakness?" or
"Where do you see yourself in five years?"
So unless you outsource all your thinking and decision making to ChatGPT, (please don’t 😅)
you’ll need to go beyond AI chatbots.
Personal interview questions require good-ol-fashioned critical thinking to answer.
Luckily, you can read this blog post to learn how to answer some common interview questions.
ChatGPT can only take you so far.
When it comes to answering personal interview questions and practicing your interviewing skills, you still need the help of a human expert.

You know the saying:
You've gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet.
So Jerry taught us how to make some omelets happen.
At least they mostly looked like omelets 😂
Cindy made a classic French “omelette”:
Jerry’s probably looked great (before he took a bite out 😂)
And Katie’s looks like a painterly masterpiece hanging on a wall 🧑🍳🎨
What should Jerry teach us to cook next?
Best response gets mentioned in an upcoming newsletter.
And we’ll tell Jerry to teach us how to make it 😅
This week we’re writing about
industries that are facing labor shortages.
They offer unique opportunities to get hired.
So read on if you’re looking to be in demand
for years to come.
Demand for healthcare services is increasing ⬆️
while the number of available workers is decreasing ⬇️
This means the healthcare industry is
facing a major labor shortage.
Same trend in transportation—there’s a high demand and a low supply of qualified workers to fill jobs in trucking, warehousing, and other transportation-related occupations.
The aging workforce and lack of skilled workers makes construction a great industry to build a career in.
And project managers can make around $150k a year 👀
The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects that employment in logistics will grow 28 percent from 2020 to 2030.
That’s much faster than the average for all occupations.
This growth is being driven by the increasing demand for goods and services from e-commerce and other businesses.
The BLS says demand here will grow 8% from 2020 to 2030, which is faster than average.
And the industry is expected to lose 630,000 workers over the same period due to retirements and other factors.
So why is this so important for your job search?
If you’ve been looking for a job and getting nowhere,
it’s time to focus on supply and demand.
That means you need to focus on gaining skills that are in demand, without a huge supply.
This means you’ll have a higher chance of getting hired, more job opportunities, and oftentimes, higher salaries.
With many businesses struggling to find qualified workers, job seekers who are willing to learn new skills and take on responsibilities can advance quickly with little competition.
As businesses compete for workers, they often offer higher wages to attract and retain employees.
