Now, is December the worst month for hiring?

‍

According to Indeed’s article, it is. But is it really?

In my opinion, every month is an opportunity to find another job - and companies are ALWAYS hiring.

‍

The question I always get is “well Jonathan, how do I find companies that are hiring?”

‍

Here’s some strategies I recommend you use to find companies that are hiring:

‍

1) Companies that recently received funding

‍

Typically, companies that recently received VC funding are hiring for various roles. You can find these companies on sites like Wellfound that are actively hiring, specifically from startups.

2) Companies that are featured on job boards

‍

If you see a company consistently showing up on the job boards you’re applying to jobs on, they are most likely hiring for numerous roles.

‍

For example, if you check out AutoApplyAI, you can find a variety of companies that show up that you might not even have heard of hiring for the roles you’re interested in.

‍

‍

3) Finding recruiters/hiring managers who are actively hiring

‍

On LinkedIn, there are 965,000+ people actively hiring for roles. Crazy right?! Find them by filtering to “Actively Hiring” - and if you don’t have LinkedIn premium, use NetworkAI to find them.
