Martin has been passionate about coaching since more than 10 years. Initially he worked as a Continuous Improvement and Agile Coach and transitioned into Career Coaching in 2019 during the pandemic.Having developed a huge interest in mentoring individuals to help them achieve their career goals, Martin gained valuable insight about the different industries through his career as a Recruiter. Being certified as a Registered Professional Recruiter he was able to join the Association of Professional Recruiter in Canada. This has been an instrumental part of his success in coaching job seekers through the different stages and hurdles of the job hunt.Martin is a cat dad and enjoys any form of outdoor activity. During his prime he was an active MMA practitioner rolling and sparring with two amateur fighters.
